Job Descriptions

JOB DESCRIPTION:
• The experience curation team is to design and deliver an exceptional customer experience throughout the customer’s stay.
• Design and execute a high-touch WOW moment with constant delights at each service touch points. Including on and off property curation.
• The Experience Curation team also supports in designing, organizing and setting up special moments such as private parties and dinners, private jet/cruise, drinking arrangement, ultra luxury holiday + events (Wimbledon, Grand Prix, etc.).
• Liaise with internal operating departments as well as external to fulfill customer’s needs.
• Establish good relationship and network connection with external parties (restaurants, night clubs, KTVs).

REQUIREMENTS:
• At least 3 – 5 years experience in private events and/or Corp PR handling for VIPs - from planning, organizing to execution.
• Attention to details.
• Good knowledge on luxury products – Chinese Baiju, cigars, red/white wine.
• Understand well of Macau and HK environment, including network connections - F&B, night life entertainment.
• Have a good sense of luxury and decoration for different functions/occasions.
